Who We Are
California Seniors Care (CSC) has helped older adults and adults with disabilities receive support at home since 1979. Founded to meet a growing need for compassionate in-home care, CSC has grown from a handful of caregivers to a team of more than 300 trained and vetted care professionals.
Our purpose is personal: to help people maintain their dignity, independence, and comfort in the place they call home. We recognize that every person has different needs, preferences, and routines, and we tailor our support to reflect those differences.
Our leadership team brings more than 30 years of supervisory and management experience. Together, our owners, administrative staff, and caregivers work to provide dependable service, clear communication, and compassionate care for the families who place their trust in us.

Meet Natalie, Director of California Seniors Care
Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations of California Seniors Care and leads a seven-member operations team. She brings an extensive healthcare background and 24 years of service as a 911 Police, Fire, and EMS Dispatcher and trainer. Her experience reflects a lifelong commitment to supporting people and serving her community.
Born and raised in Santa Clara, Natalie is a proud native Californian who is excited to continue her work in the heart of Silicon Valley. Supporting older adults and adults with disabilities has given her a meaningful new way to serve the community she calls home.
Natalie takes great pride in working alongside her team to support clients and their families. For her, helping people receive compassionate care at home is both rewarding and deeply fulfilling.
